Here is a message posted by Ms. Smathers, On September 10, 1996, almost a full month after she swore out a warrant. The message she is referring to, that cannot be traced was the evidence she used to get the warrant. So Cynthia Armistead-Smathers, swore out a warrant, on a message that nobody can trace. A full month after searing out that warrant, she admits, she cannot prove where the message came from. She also said that the Internet Provider could not trace where the messages came from, even though she supposedly gave them full headers of the message. This puts into doubt, whether this message ever even existed.

I've been harassed by messages sent from interamp.com to the extent
that I am taking legal action. Complaints to abuse@interamp.com are
useless, as they claim that they cannot trace the messages. I know
that they have been aware of this problem for some time, but does
anyone know how long? When's the first time anyone here heard that
story from them? If you have a copy of anything from them saying that,
I'd really appreciate getting it with full headers.
Thank you,
Cyn
