Following are some threatening emails that Ms. Armistead/Smathers received in March, 1997. The sender discusses knowing Ms. Armistead's address, stalking her, uses the term nightmare, etc. Ms. Armistead swore out a warrant against me when she had NO EVIDENCE. I have not seen any evidence that she did any background checks or had this particular person arrested.

Cyn, I am doing work on-line today from another office site of ours
and my curiousity told me told see if you sent a messge to this
newsgroup and it was right. I already did send your info to the net.
To which groups and from what internet account is for me to know and

later---- Sorry to disappoint you, but I will not using Mindspring
anymore. Their dial-up numbers are always busy, fast busy's or no
answers. (the service is unreliable and it sucks) I found a better
deal for the better service, web space and $9.00 less per month with a
major internet provider. Just to let you all know--I'm not leaving
because of the people here on Mindspring.local.Atlanta--- the service
& reliability issues are justing pissing me off. Don't worry, I will
somehow find a way to find you out here on the net . As for your
address and number, I don't give a shit about where your house is
located whether it's 1 mile from me or the other side of the city.
The net is more accessable and doesn't require gas for your car...

I see you are flaming the wrong person. I just got a harassing E-mail
from Viper1 no reason at all which I forwarded as harassing E-mail to
bellsouth.net's customer service and webmaster@bellsouth.net. Now I
see why you morons think I'm this "anit-gay" person-- Wrong! The
last time I was on any newsgroup was back over a week ago regarding a
laptop computer for sale just as "anti-gay" said so in one of his
postings here. By the way Cyn, I was going to leave it and you alone,
but now do want me to POST your home address and phone number to the
