Why don't YOU learn to post an article just once? Four times is
ridiculous!

Also, you're assuming we don't recycle. Where did you get that idea?

Did I mail it to you? Did I post a commercial ad? Nope--I posted a
message about a group's web site that will be of interest to many of
the regular participants of mindspring.discussion. Check the other
threads if you doubt that anybody here cares about the issue, check
the site I mentioned, and then go learn the definition of spam.

While you're at it, maybe you could check into that whole "life"
thing, as well. I'm enjoying mine and recommend development of one to
anybody who has nothing better to do than throw off ill-considered,
bad-tempered remarks without provocation.

Erm...I think it was ol' BigPeter's attempt at humor: I'd rather be
stupid than fat; "wood" = "would;" resultant insinuation is "I'm
skinny and stupid."  Get it?  Are you as unamused as I am?

OK, she made a mistake in posting to alt.support.big-folks,
but then YOU made the same mistake by cross posting your
response to alt.support.diet&alt.support.diet.rx, where there
might be some men who would want to participate in a valid
study.  You certainly don't speak for us.

Hope phd@itsa.ucsf.edu goes on with her study.

The fact that you responded to her post without responding to the actual
content of her message indicates that you have no intelligent means of
retaliation.  What's the matter - no Artificial Intelligence program at
your disposal?  <G>

And there's a reason you felt a need to post about it in
mindspring.local.atlanta, Stu-boy? The guy isn't even a MindSpring
user, and therefore can't see your comments to reply. And you were too
cowardly to even include your email address - how very brave of you,
kid. I'll go ahead and forward a copy of this to him just so he's
aware of the "discussion" you desire and can respond. After seeing his
.sig line, I remembered that I'd seen the guy respond to one of your
silly little posts in atl.singles, so I'll go ahead and let him know
that he can respond to jmcelhin@mindspring.com if he wishes to do so.
Or, of course, he can send me his response and I'll be happy to post
it in your chosen forum of discussion. I'd just cross-post to
atl.singles, but that violates the m.l.a FAQ.

Finally, atl.singles is NOT necessarily a group for straight people.
I've certainly never seen any authoritative source that says so. Maybe
you should create atl.homophobic.singles so you won't have to deal
with something that is so dreadfully threatening to you?

Would you mind telling me what article you're responding to? I didn't
see one that could have anything to do with your post, and your
headers don't refer to any message IDs as they would if this were a
follow-up in the normal sense. Excuse me if, therefore, I initially
judge your wording to be an attempt to get around the m.l.a. ban on
any posts advertising MLMs, pyramid schemes, network marketing, or any
other commercial venture.

There are two kinds of people involved in MLMs - idiots and con men.
Which are you?
