In 1996, Cynthia Armistead of Atlanta, Georgia, and I had an online argument regarding someone advertising in a public message board. I had never met or seen this woman and all I knew of her was her public web site at technomom.com.

In August 1996, she falsely accused me of stalking her and making harassing phone calls. I was arrested, and charged. In July 1997, I waived my right to a jury trial and went before Judge Anne Workman of Dekalb County, Georgia in a bench trial. The evidence was presented for the harassing phone calls and I was found NOT GUILTY. Due to there not being any evidence at all to the stalking charge, it was dropped. She will say that it wasn't dismissed that it was a Nolle Pros order. Nolle prosequi amounts to a dismissal of charges by the prosecution. He had no evidence to prosecute so he dropped the charges. All the evidence was false accusations that came solely from the mind of this deranged woman, Cynthia Armistead.

In 2002 she once again tried to get a restraining order against me for trumped up charges. Once again, a judge in Gwinnett County, Georgia, dismissed the case due to no evidence.

As of January 1, 2024, I have never seen or spoken to Cynthia Armistead except for the numerous times she has dragged me into court under false charges. All the evidence she presented to investigators, and judges has been ruled to be false and in every case I was found NOT GUILTY, or the case was dismissed. 27 years later, she continues to have a web site devoted to these false charges with lies and false accusations against me and my family. She is not a victim, and in many ways is the perpetrator in continually harassing me with the false accusations. Cythia Armistead is a mentally disturbed person, and anyone who knows her will verify this. She has severe mental disabilities, and it is difficut for her to interact with others. She is a drain on society. She has appeared on TV shows, radio, and in articles portraying herself as the victim of an "online stalker", and she is nothing but an attention seeking narcissist.

I have much evidence about her past and her difficulty in getting along with others in the professional workplace and her numerous marriages, but I have put this entire episode behind me. I had a website devoted to her accusations but it was a waste of time and money, as there is absolutely nothing to respond to. As far as I am concerned, the matter was closed in 1997 when I appeared before a woman judge and was found NOT GUILTY on one charge and the other dismissed. Almost 30 years later, she continues with her whines, and moans. She talks aboit a pattern, and now almost 30 years later her accusations continue to be false. What she alleges never happened, and she made the accusations to try and thrust herself into the limelight. As her lffe has been a massive failure, and she still clings to this false accusation as her legacy. She is a very sad, deranged woman.
